Make your external links Nofollows by adding ‘rel=nofollow’ and ‘target=_blank’ into your all the external links of your website’s specific posts/pages.

There is lots of pre-built plugins available which provides this type of facilities. You just install that plugin in your blog/website and it will automatically add Nofollows to all external links.
